- Registration and implementation of Danish subsidiaries in Brazil and other forms of establishment in Brazil, including import/export license approval (SISCOMEX or Radar) and other permits and approvals required by the Brazilian authorities.
- Full or partial administration of Danish subsidiaries or other former of establishment in Brazil, e.g. bookkeeping/accounting, financial reporting, secretarial assistance, handling of Brazilian authorities, pay-roll services, etc.
